Euna Greene

Euna Greene has extensive experience in the legal field. Euna currently holds the position of Senior Director, Corporate Counsel at Quidel, a role they assumed in August 2021. Prior to joining Quidel, Euna worked at MicroStrategy from 2016 to 2021, holding various positions including Associate General Counsel, Assistant General Counsel, Principal Senior Counsel, and Senior Counsel. Euna also worked as a Senior Corporate Associate at Hogan Lovells US LLP from 2011 to 2016, and as a Corporate Associate at Clifford Chance US LLP from 2007 to 2011. Euna began their legal career as a Legal Intern at Equality Now in 2005.

Euna Greene completed their BA in Economics and Psychology from Cornell University in 2002. Euna then pursued a JD degree from Cornell Law School, which they received in 2007.
