Mário Leal has work experience as a Logistics & Asset Management Solutions Consultant at Quidgest since July 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Mobile App Developer on an internship at Quidgest from March 2020 to July 2020. Mário also has experience as a Responsável de Loja Vodafone at People's Phone from October 2016 to October 2020.

Mário Leal completed their secondary education at the Escola Secundária Dr. António Carvalho de Figueiredo, where they obtained their 12th-grade diploma with a focus on the sciences and technology. After that, they enrolled at ISTEC, where they pursued a Ctesp degree in Development for Mobile Devices, specializing in Application Informatics from 2018 to 2020.
