Susanna Coghlan

Susanna Coghlan has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 2001, they worked as a Business Development Manager at The O'Brien Press, where they presented to clients and supported the local sales team, as well as established new distribution partnerships. From 2004 to 2005, they were a Trainer at 2B1 Foundation, training local teachers and facilitating learning for students in various subjects.

In 2005, Susanna volunteered at Room to Read Cambodia, where they planned and managed the publication of two science-based books for older readers. Susanna co-wrote one book and collaborated with Save Cambodia's Wildlife as a content partner for the other book.

In 2007, they joined AAA Cambodia and held multiple roles within the company. Susanna first served as a Training Manager, successfully launching and building corporate training services in the Cambodian market. Within the first year, they attracted regional and multinational clients and built a local training team.

In 2008, Susanna was promoted to Director of Training at AAA Cambodia and expanded the company's services to include management training and additional skills programs. Susanna tripled revenue from training over three years and improved project implementation processes, strengthening partnerships with client organizations.

Starting in December 2010, Susanna held the position of Managing Director at AAA Cambodia. Susanna was responsible for the company's business performance, including profitability, strategic growth, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance. Susanna also acted as a key account manager, managing clients such as multinational corporations (MNCs), international non-governmental organizations (INGOs), regional small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), and government agencies.

Furthermore, in 2017, Susanna joined Quidgest as the EMEA Business Development Manager. Susanna'sobjective in this role is to grow the company's international impact as a software solutions provider and market leader in software modeling and machine learning. Susanna leads the EMEA business development team and works with multiple stakeholders during the sales process to understand the business vision, identify critical success factors, find suitable solutions, and deliver product success aligned with customer and business value.

Susanna Coghlan attended the University College Dublin from 1996 to 1999, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and English Literature. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Management & Development from The University of Manchester from 2011 to 2013. In October 2016, Susanna obtained a certification as a Coach Masters Certified Coach (ACSTH-ICF) from the Coach Masters Academy.
