Phuong M. is a highly experienced professional with a strong background in venture capital, operations, and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as a Partner and Principal at Quiet Capital since November 2021, Phuong M. also acts as an Advisor for Manifest, a sustainable e-commerce fulfillment company. Previous roles include VP of Operations at a venture-backed startup focused on sustainability, a Venture Fellow at Chestnut Street Ventures, and Founder of a women's bag brand featured in major publications. Phuong M. has also contributed as an advisor for Women Who Tech and held strategic roles at Embarcadero Partners and Deloitte Consulting, managing operations and change programs for Fortune 500 companies. Phuong M. holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics with concentrations in Marketing and Management from The Wharton School and participated in an exchange program at Université de Technologie de Compiègne.
