Miranda Bialk

Miranda Bialk has over 15 years of work experience. Miranda began their career in 2004 as an Apparel Salesfloor Supervisor at Shopko. In 2008, they moved to CAP Services, Inc. as a Housing Coordinator, where they managed around 500 Section 42 and Affordable Housing units. Miranda then joined Quietyme Inc. in 2014 as a Success Manager. In this role, they utilize the Quietyme system to analyze data to identify noise issues within hospitals, hotels, and apartments and turn it into actionable information. Miranda then works with hospitals to implement solutions to improve the overall patient experience. Additionally, they deliver Service Recovery Reports to identify guests who may have been disturbed by noise occurrences during the night.

Miranda Bialk obtained an Associates Degree in Individualized Technical Studies from Moraine Park Technical College between 2010 and 2015. Miranda also holds an Apartment Manager Certification from IREM.
