Kevin Ortega, PE, serves as a Bridge Engineer at Quigg Engineering Inc. since June 2018, contributing to engineering and consulting services in the transportation sector. Concurrently, Kevin has been a Consultant for the Bridge Ratings Unit at the Illinois Department of Transportation since July 2018, where responsibilities include assisting in the administration of safe load capacities for bridges across Illinois. Kevin previously held the position of Treasurer for the American Society of Civil Engineers at the University of Illinois at Chicago from January 2015 to May 2017, successfully coordinating membership and enhancing corporate sponsorships.
