Todd Welz

Todd Welz has a diverse work experience in the engineering industry. Todd started their career as a Civil Engineer at the Illinois Department of Transportation, where they worked on road projects and reviewed consultant-developed plans. Todd then joined WVP Corporation as a Project Engineer, focusing on the design of drainage facilities, pavement marking, and airport guidance systems. Todd later joined Jacobs, where they held various roles including Regional and Office Quality Manager, Project Manager/Project Engineer, Regional Transportation Sales Manager, Transportation Market Principal, Manager of Engineering, and Transportation Operations Manager. Their responsibilities included project management, business development, and staff assignment. Currently, Todd is the Vice President at Quigg Engineering Inc., where they oversee company operations, project delivery, and collaborates with managers across multiple offices.

Todd Welz started their education in 1982 at Missouri University of Science and Technology, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. Todd successfully completed their degree in 1984. After a break, Welz returned to their studies in 1987 and enrolled at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. Todd pursued a Master of Business Administration degree with a focus on business and completed their studies in 1993.
