Phil Wegmiller

Phil Wegmiller is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in manufacturing leadership. Currently serving as the Regional Operations Manager at Quikrete since June 2018, Phil oversees three manufacturing sites, leveraging extensive experience from previous roles including Plant Manager at Asphalt Services of Ohio and Production Manager at Savaré Specialty Adhesives. Phil's career at Quikrete began in April 2006, during which responsibilities included managing production plants with significant P&L accountability and mentorship of plant managers. Earlier roles at Outokumpu and Columbus Coated Fabrics involved directing manufacturing functions and supervising large teams, further cementing Phil's expertise in optimizing operations and exceeding customer expectations. Phil earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology from Ohio University between 1982 and 1986.
