Kathleen Goodner has extensive experience in various leadership roles within the business operations and supply chain fields. Kathleen is currently serving as the Director of Business Operations at Quiksol Global since March 2023. Prior to this, Kathleen held the position of Vice President, Global Supply Chain at Source 1 Solutions Inc from July 2019 to December 2022. Kathleen also worked as the Director of Product Marketing at America II Electronics from September 2015 to December 2019. Kathleen started their career at Jabil as a Component Engineer, specializing in SME Counterfeit Parts, and worked there until September 2015. Kathleen began their professional journey at Honeywell as a Systems Engineer/Test Manager from August 2004 to August 2009.
Kathleen Goodner holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of South Florida. Kathleen has also obtained certifications in "Dare to Lead" from Dare to Lead™ Trained and "Lean Six Sigma - DFSS."
