Kevin Coad has extensive experience in network administration and quality assurance within the technology sector. Currently serving as an Administrator at Quikteks since August 2021, Kevin previously worked as a Network Administrator at Network Security Group, Inc. for over 18 years, where responsibilities included ensuring the stable operation of a municipal-wide computer network and providing phone support to various external clients. Prior roles include Software Quality Assurance Engineer at Apogee Networks Ltd and Senior Quality Assurance Engineer at Ion Networks, where Kevin led teams and managed testing processes for software products. Kevin began their career as a Software Test Technician at Dialogic, focusing on testing software across multiple platforms. Kevin holds an Associate of Science in Applied Science in Electronics Engineering Technology from County College of Morris and a diploma in Network Engineering and Data Communications from The Chubb Institute Parsippany, specializing in Microsoft and Cisco technologies.
