Daniel Drabik

CTO at Quill

Daniel Drabik is currently the Chief Technology Officer at Quill.org. Prior to this, they were a Senior Software Engineer at Hillary for America, where they helped build out an internal data analytics application that lives on top of their Vertica database. Daniel also spent four years at Kickstarter as a Senior Software Developer and Engineering Manager. At Kickstarter, they led the Payments & International Team and was responsible for launching Kickstarter in the UK, CA, AU, NZ, IE, NL, SE, NO, and DK. Daniel also rebuilt and unified their international and domestic payments systems and migrated from Amazon in the US and CyberSource internationally to Stripe for all countries. Additionally, they built their collaborative filter Recommendation Engine upon their Amazon Redshift datastore and migrated their freeform location data to a structured, hierarchical location data set that allows users to search for projects up and down a hierarchy.

Daniel Drabik has a Master of Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School and a Bachelors Degree in Mathematics with a Computer Science Minor and Concentration in Honors from Villanova University.
