Heather Tucker is an experienced sales and team manager with a career at Quill that spans over two decades, beginning in September 1999. In this role, Heather develops a highly motivated team of supervisors and phone associates, collaborates with the team to achieve business objectives, and guides future leaders while covering for the Contact Centre Manager. Previously, Heather served as an Operations Manager at Staples Advantage from March 2015 to March 2016. Heather holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Carleton University, a Certificate in Management from Nova Scotia Community College, and a Computerized Business Accounting certification from MacKenzie College.
