Avayam Bhardwaj is the Manager of Administration at QuillBot. Prior to this, they were a Compliance Analyst at Symbl.ai from March 2021 to May 2021. Before that, they were the Employee Service Head - Upper North at Bharti Airtel from September 2017 to April 2020. In this role, they were responsible for Covid-19 prevention, response & control related activities w.r.t to all offices & other locations as per the industry best practices & internal brainstorming. Avayam also consolidated properties (Offices/MSC/Warehouse & Retail stores) & optimized 48+ properties.

Avayam Bhardwaj has a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from MS Ramaiah College of Hotel Management. Avayam also has certification from the World Health Organization in COVID-19 detection, prevention, response & control.
