Boris Fuzayloff is the Co-Founder & CEO at Quilo. Boris was previously an Executive Director, Global Payment Technology at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from December 2015 to May 2018. Prior to that, they were the Director, Sales and Trading Fraud Surveillance Technology at Deutsche Bank from March 2009 to December 2015, as well as the Director, Data Integration and Business Intelligence Platforms from January 2008 to December 2009. In this latter role, Boris was responsible for the award-winning OPAL platform, IBO IT. Boris has also served as the Global Head of Deutsche Bank Data Integration and Business Intelligence Platforms, Head of Cross Product Business Intelligence for Global Business Services IT, and US Fixed Income Enterprise Service Bus Program Manager for IBO IT. Before joining Deutsche Bank, Boris was a Vice President and Dev Team Lead at another company from January 2002 to December 2007. Boris began their career as a Senior J2EE Consultant for Fixed Income Processing at Bear Stearns from January 1999 to December 2001, and later became a J2EE Developer for Equities Derivatives at Goldman Sachs from January 1997 to December 1999.

Boris Fuzayloff received their MS in Electrical Engineering from Tashkent State Politechnic University. Boris then attended New York University - Polytechnic School of Engineering, where they earned their degree in Electrical Engineering.
