Anurag Banerjee

Anurag Banerjee has over 25 years of work experience in various industries. Anurag started their career in 1994 as Manager of Plantations and Manager of Marketing at The Bombay Burmah Trading Corporation Ltd. From 2001 to 2003, they were the Director of Procurement & eBusiness at Advanced Energy. Anurag then moved to American Express where they held the position of Head of Global Business Development, Commercial Card from 2003 to 2012. In 2012, they joined Jana as Head of Sales & MD, APAC and became Asia and Non-US Employee Number 1. From 2013 to 2017, they were the Token Boring Adult at SocialCops. In 2019, they joined Children's Investment Fund Foundation (CIFF) as a Member of the Technology Advisory Board and also became a Board Member and Member of the Fundraising Committee at Daughters Of Tomorrow (DOT). Currently, they are the Founder and CEO of Quilt.AI, a mission to enable organizations to understand people better.

Anurag Banerjee completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Economics from Osmania University in 1994. Anurag then went on to earn a Masters in Organizational Development from Bowling Green State University in 2000. In 2008, they completed an Advanced Management Program from Harvard Business School.
