Jonathan also gained experience as a Sig Group Technician and Broadband Technician at Global Linking Solutions, troubleshooting networking issues and working with Cisco Meraki equipment. Jonathan later worked at Leading Luxe, where they acted as an Ads Wizard and played a crucial role in managing real estate advertising campaigns.

Jonathan also served as a Technical Support Trainer - Sysadmin at RetailStack, where they traveled across the United States to install hardware and software for clients and provided training on their usage. Jonathan then worked as a Project Manager Intern at Splinterlands, contributing to brand outreach and coordinating the daily scrum meetings.
