Morgan Hughes has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. In 2017, Morgan founded Salt and Cedar Midwifery, where they served as a Licensed Midwife, Owner. They provided comprehensive prenatal and postpartum care, as well as home birth attendance. Known for their deep relationship building and shared decision making, Morgan worked in this role until May 2022.

In 2020, Morgan joined Quilted Health and held various roles. They started as an Early Care Midwife in April 2020 and transitioned to become the Early Care Midwife Lead in October 2020. In April 2022, they were promoted to Director of Early Care, and in January 2023, they took on the position of National Director of Early Care.

Overall, Morgan has a strong background in midwifery, with experience in both community-based and corporate settings.

Morgan Hughes completed an Associate of Science degree in Midwifery at the Midwives College of Utah from 2013 to 2016.
