Joshua Lee

Joshua Lee is an experienced professional in Financial Services M&A and corporate finance, currently serving as the Head of Acquisitions at Quilter since March 2024. Previously, Joshua held the positions of Proposition Director and Senior Broker at Gunner & Co. from October 2019 to March 2024, where a focus was placed on guiding vendors to achieve optimal business valuations during sales. Prior experience includes serving as Acquisitions Manager at Attivo Group, managing client engagement and integration post-acquisition, and earlier roles as Partnership Executive and Business Development Executive at BladeRoom Group Ltd. Joshua holds a BSc (Hons) in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Southampton and a Diploma in Corporate Finance from The Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment.
