Katherine Griffiths

Katherine Griffiths is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law. Currently serving as Deputy Head of Legal at Quilter since June 2018, Katherine has previously held positions as Legal Manager at both Quilter and Old Mutual Wealth, where key achievements included advising on the sale of Skandia Life Assurance Company's Finnish life branch and leading the corporate restructure of several European businesses. Katherine's legal career began at Coffin Mew LLP, where expertise was developed in corporate acquisitions and business disposals. Katherine holds a Law degree from the University of Southampton and completed the Legal Practice Course with distinction at the College of Law, Guildford.
