Katja Oakley-Bell Dipfa

Katja Oakley-Bell DipFA has a diverse work background, starting their career as a Writer and News Editor for The Edge Magazine in 2017. During their time at the University of Southampton, they held multiple roles, such as Student Ambassador, Student Fundraiser, and School President for Chemistry. Katja also worked as a Summer Placement Student, where they conducted independent research and created teaching guides. In 2019, they joined Quilter as a Customer Service Administrator, where they received several recommendations in their first few months. Katja then moved on to Quilter Private Client Advisers as a Trainee Financial Planner before transitioning to Quilter Financial Planning as an Investment Analyst and later becoming a Junior Investment Analyst. Currently, they are the Centralised Investment Proposition Lead at Quilter. Additionally, Katja was a Registered Charity Trustee and Company Director at the University of Southampton Students' Union, where they made strategic decisions regarding the union's direction and budget. Katja Oakley-Bell DipFA completed a Masters in Chemistry (MChem) with a Year-Long Placement from the University of Southampton between 2015 and 2019. In 2019, they obtained a Diploma in Financial Advice (DipFA) from LIBF. Prior to that, from 2008 to 2015, they attended Burnham Grammar School, focusing on subjects such as Chemistry, Physics, and Mathematics. Katja started their education at Lent Rise Combined School from 2001 to 2008. Additionally, they hold various certifications, including the Investment Management Certificate (IMC) from CFA UK, the Diploma for Financial Advisers from The London Institute of Banking & Finance, and Certificates in Mortgage Advice and Protection, and Regulated Equity Release from The London Institute of Banking & Finance.
