Lisa Barber

Lisa Barber has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Lisa started in 1999 as the Director of Sales & Distribution at Mortgage Next Ltd, where they played a key role in developing and implementing the corporate strategy, as well as leading sales and recruitment efforts. In 2011, they joined Tenet Group as the Head of Sales and Recruitment. After working there for six years, they moved to Quilter in 2018 as a Business Development Director. Alongside this role, they also held the position of Head of Advisory Services at Quilter Financial Planning starting in November 2023. Lisa's experience highlights their expertise in sales, recruitment, business development, and strategic planning.
