Penny Cole

Penny has over 15 years’ experience at Quilter. During her time with the Group Penny has held multiple senior HR roles including Head of HR for UK and International Platform businesses. She has worked across multiple jurisdictions and geographies and led significant complex people change; most recently as People Transformation Director where she spearheaded the externally recognised and multi award winning Hello Tomorrow programme.

Penny has extensive experience across the spectrum of HR including Remuneration, Culture, Talent & Succession, Organisational Design, Learning and Development and HR Operations. She has worked across multiple industries and sectors including Telecommunications, Third Sector and Financial Services.

Penny specialises in large scale people change, cultural transformation, people experience and organization effectiveness.
