Mauricio Barrera

Mauricio Barrera Garza is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Grupo Quimmco since May 2020, Mauricio previously held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Tim Hortons Mexico from January 2017 to May 2020. Prior to that, a significant tenure at Burger King Corporation included roles such as Senior Vice President of Global Operations and VP of North America Operations & Global Standards, among others. Mauricio's career began with positions at IGNIA PARTNERS LLC as a Venture Capital Analyst and at ALFA SAB de CV as a Financial Planning Analyst. Mauricio holds a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor's Degree in Management Science and Engineering from Stanford University.
