Mark Burrows serves as the Managing Director and Head of Capital Formation in Europe at Quinbrook Infrastructure Partners since October 2016, overseeing all new European fundraising and institutional investor relationships for the firm, which specializes in low carbon energy infrastructure. Prior to this role, Mark Burrows was the Director and Head of Institutional Capital at Foresight Group from January 2008 to August 2016, where the institutional fundraising arm was established and managed a team focused on global institutional relationships. Mark Burrows also held a position as a Third Year Analyst in Prime Brokerage at Goldman Sachs for a brief period in 2007. Mark Burrows holds a degree in Economics and French from Oxford Brookes University.
