Ronald Hinesman Jr. has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Ronald began their career as a Senior CAD Designer at B & A Design Studios in 2004. Ronald then worked as an Electrical Engineering Technician at Geller Electric Contractor from 2005 to 2006. After that, they served as a Mechanical Design Engineer/Assistant Project Manager at Richardson Contractors from 2008 to 2010, where they were responsible for expediting drawing submittals and coordinating construction crews.

From 2010 to 2015, Ronald worked as a Mechanical Design Engineer at HD&D, subcontracting with Richardson Contractors. Ronald produced design development and construction documents while ensuring compliance with Georgia building codes.

Ronald creates and develops families, exchanges files, and modifies products based on engineering requirements and manufacturer specifications.

Ronald Hinesman Jr. earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Alabama Agricultural and Mechanical University, graduating between 1986 and 1991.
