Ronald Hinesman Jr.

Ronald Hinesman Jr. has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Ronald began their career as a Senior CAD Designer at B & A Design Studios in 2004. Ronald then worked as an Electrical Engineering Technician at Geller Electric Contractor from 2005 to 2006. After that, they served as a Mechanical Design Engineer/Assistant Project Manager at Richardson Contractors from 2008 to 2010, where they were responsible for expediting drawing submittals and coordinating construction crews.

From 2010 to 2015, Ronald worked as a Mechanical Design Engineer at HD&D, subcontracting with Richardson Contractors. Ronald produced design development and construction documents while ensuring compliance with Georgia building codes.

In 2016, they joined UPS/22nd Century Staffing Inc. as a Mechanical Designer, where they contributed to the design process. Ronald then worked at Vanderlande/Randstad Engineering as a Layout Engineer - Mechanical - Warehouse and Parcel from July to December 2017.

Most recently, Ronald joined Quince Imaging in July 2022 as the Lead Revit Engineer/BIM Manager. In this role, they manage a team of designers and handles projection mapping, LED, broadcast, and digital signage for special events or permanent venue installations.
