Ishan Gupta

Ishan Gupta is an experienced Senior Engineering Manager specializing in Infrastructure and DevOps, currently leading initiatives at Quince since September 2025. Previously, Ishan held similar leadership roles at Carousell Group, focusing on infrastructure stability and reliability across multiple regions, and introduced significant security solutions and disaster recovery readiness. With a strong foundation in DevOps and site reliability engineering from positions at noon and Netskope, Ishan has managed large-scale cloud infrastructures using Terraform and implemented FedRAMP-compliant projects. Earlier experience includes critical systems engineering roles at IPsoft Global Services, Nokia Siemens Networks, and Ascent Telecom, supporting high-performance Linux server environments and infrastructure management. Ishan holds a B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering from Punjab Technical University.
