Matt Jahansouz

Matt Jahansouz is an experienced human resources executive with a strong background in talent management and organizational strategy. Currently serving as Chief People Officer at Quince since January 2025, Matt previously held the same title at Citadel from August 2021 to October 2024 and at WeWork from February 2019 to August 2021. Prior to these roles, Matt spent over six years at Goldman Sachs, where responsibilities included Managing Director, Global Head of Recruiting, and Managing Director, HR Strategy & Management. Matt began a career in human capital consulting at Deloitte Consulting, holding various positions from September 2004 to June 2010. Matt earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Penn State University between January 1999 and January 2003.
