Christopher Carroll, Esq. has joined the Board of Governors entering into 20 years of service for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts at the Division of Professional Licensure (“DPL”). Mr. Carroll has held four positions over the past 20 years at the DPL, of which he has extensive experience from the positions of Investigator, Board Counsel, Assistant Chief of Investigation and to his current position of Chief of Investigations. Over the years he has worked closely with their 39 boards of registration and the Office of Private Occupational Schools.

Mr. Carroll earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Northeastern University, received his Master of Business Administration, and later received his J.D. from New England Law School and is a member of the Norfolk County Bar Association. He is a lifelong resident of Quincy.
