Philip Chong

Philip Chong is President and Chief Executive Officer of Quincy Asian Resources, Inc. (QARI), an organization that provides cultural and linguistic competent services to the region’s growing Asian and immigrant population. QARI’s services and programs include workforce development, family and community, adult education, youth development, enrichment classes, and citywide cultural festivals.

His prior experience features roles in management consulting and venture capital for pharmaceutical, telecommunications, healthcare, and higher education organizations. He also serves as a member of the Board of Advisors of Boston’s Huntington Theater and as a Director of the South Shore Chamber of Commerce.
