David Goebels has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. David began their career in 1993 as Head Trader & Analyst at Feshbach Brothers, where they provided market-timing input for portfolio managers and managed the Trading department personnel and Operations staff for the short only Hedge Fund. In 1994, they moved to Rudick Asset Management as Senior Risk Trader, managing investment idea generation with risk capital for short-term opportunities. David then joined Reuters in 1997 as VP Institutional Sales, where they sold and consulted on a broad range of products and services and earned President's Club sales honors every year. In 2004, they joined Citigroup/Lava Trading as Institutional Sales, selling all Lava Buyside trading products in the West. David then moved to UBS Investment Bank in 2005 as Director, where they agency traded banks' DMA and algorithmic products and consulted with clients on global algorithmic strategy selection and execution performance review. In 2006, they joined Citi as Director Electronic Execution Sales, selling Citi's electronic execution offering. From 2009 to 2013, they worked at Weeden & Co. as Director Institutional Sales - Electronic Products Group, marketing and consulting on Weeden's capital markets products, and reviewing execution performance (TCA/TPA) reports and consulting with clients on both strategy selection and custom strategy development based on quantitative studies of their execution outcomes. During the same period, they also worked at McKay Brothers, LLC and Quincy Data LLC as Sales | Account Management.

David Goebels received a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Economics and Statistics from the University of California, Berkeley.
