Jake Werner

Jake Werner is a Research Fellow at Quincy Institute with previous experience as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Global Development Policy Center and the Fulbright Foundation For Scholarly Exchange. Additionally, Jake has served as a Collegiate Assistant Professor at the University of Chicago. Werner holds a PhD in History from the University of Chicago and has also completed intensive language study in Chinese at Harbin Institute of Technology.
