Macy Ferguson-Smith, MSW, LCSW, serves as a Senior Advisor for Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion/Health Equity and as a Behavioral Health Therapist and Interventionist at Quincy Medical Group since April 2018. Prior to this role, Macy worked as a Therapist at Chaddock from March 2017 to April 2018 and held positions as a Youth Counselor and Mental Health Professional at Chaddock from April 2014 to January 2017, offering one-on-one and group counseling while fostering a supportive environment for clients and families. Macy is currently pursuing a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership with a focus on Organizational Justice, Equity, & Inclusion at Western Illinois University, expected to graduate in December 2024, and holds a Master's Degree in Social Work from Saint Louis University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Culver-Stockton College.
