David Talley

David Talley is currently serving as a High School Principal at Quincy Public Schools since 2009. Prior to that, David held leadership positions at Walla Walla Public Schools, Pendleton School District, Apple Valley Unified School District, and Corona Norco Unified School District. David holds a MA in Educational Administration from Chapman University, a MS in Wildlife Biology from California State University-San Bernardino, a BA in Botany from Humboldt State University, and a AA in Life Science from Chaffey College.
