Derek D. Howell

Derek D. Howell has over a decade of experience in managerial and sales roles, currently serving as Sales and Procurement at Quincy Recycle since August 2013, where the focus is on addressing waste stream challenges for industrial suppliers. Prior to this, Derek held the position of Senior Manager and Personal Training Coordinator at Anytime Fitness-Fort Wayne from September 2010 to August 2013, overseeing operations across multiple locations and managing a team of trainers. Earlier experience includes serving as Project Manager at H&H Controls, where responsibilities involved coordinating job schedules and assisting in bidding processes. Derek holds a Bachelor Degree in General Studies from Indiana University Fort Wayne, along with leadership training from the Bell Leadership Institute and Sandler.
