Quincy School District
The Quincy School District is a public k-12 district located in the Quincy Valley near the center of Washington State, just 10 miles north of I-90 and about halfway between Seattle and Spokane. The Quincy School district serves approximately 3170 students with five elementary schools, one middle school, one high school, and a Big Picture Learning school. In addition, the city of Quincy has a population of over 8,000, and approximately 15,000 people live within the school district boundaries. Agriculture and technology provide the economic base in the Quincy Valley with over 200,000 irrigatable acres and several data centers including Microsoft, investing in new facilities in our community. As for recreation, the Columbia River is just a few miles from downtown Quincy. Recreational boating and water sports are among the many outdoor activities available. Recent recreational developments include Cave B Inn and Spa and Sunserra at Crescent Bar.
