Wadiah Akbar

Wadiah Akbar is an experienced designer currently employed at Quinn Evans Architects since June 2018. In addition to this role, Wadiah serves as a Graduate Teaching Assistant for Design Studio I at the School of Architecture Planning and Preservation at the University of Maryland, a position held since January 2018. Previous experience includes working as a designer at Cho Benn Holback + Associates and an intern at Caswell Daitch Architects, as well as a graphics intern at Torti Gallas and Partners, Inc., where contributions included designing and producing drawings for a prominent monograph. Wadiah holds a Master of Architecture degree from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture, complemented by minors in Project Management and Sustainability.
