Tony Kennedy

Tony Kennedy, Jr., CPA, currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Accounting and Finance at Quinn Residences since May 2025. Prior to this role, Tony held various positions at Cortland from December 2016 to May 2025, including Vice President of Corporate Accounting, Director of Corporate Accounting, Corporate Controller, and Assistant Corporate Controller. Previous experience includes serving as Accounting Supervisor at The Home Depot from April 2014 to December 2016, and as Accounting Manager at SPRINGS Creative from January 2013 to April 2014. Tony began a career in accounting as Accounting Supervisor at Enterprise Holdings from April 2006 to December 2012. Educational qualifications include a B.S. in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from the University of South Carolina and a Master's in Business Administration with concentrations in Organizational Leadership and Finance from Charleston Southern University, along with a course at Speakeasy in 2018.
