Erica Gardner

Erica Gardner has a diverse work experience in the field of food science and research. Erica most recently worked at QUINN as a Product Innovation and Quality Manager. Prior to that, they held the position of R&D Associate/ Scientist at Yasso, Inc. from January 2020 to August 2022. Erica also worked as a Food Scientist at NextFoods from September 2018 to January 2020 and at Zea10 from May 2017 to August 2018. Erica began their career as a Laboratory Assistant at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities from September 2015 to April 2017. Additionally, Erica gained experience as an Integrated Pest Management Intern at the Minnesota Landscape Arboretum from May 2015 to August 2015.

Erica Gardner attended the University of Minnesota from 2013 to 2017, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science.
