Phil Barello

Phil Barello is a seasoned IT professional and educator with extensive experience in computer science and information technology. Currently serving as a part-time Computer Science Faculty at both Quinnipiac University and Southern New Hampshire University, as well as a part-time Information Technology Faculty at CT State-Gateway Workforce Development, Phil has contributed to the academic growth of students across various levels. In the role of IT Manager at Yale School of Medicine, Phil oversees the development of the Lab Solutions team within Health Sciences IT, providing critical IT solutions to support research initiatives. Previously, as Computer Systems Manager at Yale University's Department of Neuroscience, Phil was instrumental in the design and maintenance of large-scale storage systems that supported multiple neuroscience labs. Phil's earlier experience includes roles in unified communications, network administration, and technical support, complemented by a robust educational background including a Doctor of Technology degree in Technology Leadership and Innovation from Purdue University.
