Eric Garnice has over 30 years of work experience in various roles and companies. Eric started their career in 1982 at Konica Business Systems as a Technical Specialist, where they provided in-house and field support for copiers, fax machines, and laser printers. Eric also developed and implemented product enhancements and conducted workshops to improve troubleshooting and customer relations skills. In 1988, they became the Owner/Manager of Sir Speedy, Inc., a print shop franchise, before selling it back to the franchiser in 1990. Eric then joined Konica Minolta, where they worked as a Field Service Technician and was eventually promoted to Regional Technical Instructor and National Tech Support Specialist. In these roles, they provided formal classroom and on-site field training to service technicians and offered national phone support to authorized dealers and service personnel. In 2004, they joined WebMediaBrands as a Systems Administrator until 2009 when they joined QuinStreet as a Senior Systems Administrator, a position they still hold.
Eric Garnice attended DeVry Technical Institute from 1980 to 1982, where they studied Electronics. No degree was mentioned.
