Currently serving as a Board Member at QuinStreet and the National Center for Lesbian Rights, an Operating Partner at Craft Ventures, and a member of the Board of Directors for both Yext and Elevate Services, Hillary also holds advisory positions at Bond and Vouch Insurance. As the Founder and CEO of Hillary B Smith Consulting Group, Hillary leverages a robust background that includes previous roles as General Counsel at Square and Zenefits. Hillary earned a JD, Magna Cum Laude, from Cornell Law School and a BA in History from Montana State University-Bozeman.
