Luke Piccin

Luke Piccin has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Luke started their career as a Server and Certified Trainer at Bravo Brio Restaurant Group, where they maintained a section and conducted banquet events while training new employees.

Luke then transitioned to outside sales as an Outside Commercial Sales Representative for Batteries Plus Bulbs, where they managed the East Columbus territory, prospected new clients, and wrote and presented sales proposals.

Luke then joined Main Street Hub as a Customer Success Manager, where they managed relationships with a group of customers, recommended products and services, and identified and closed sales opportunities. Luke later advanced to the role of Senior Customer Success Manager/Account Manager, administering a large book of business and providing support to a diverse client base.

Following their time at Main Street Hub, Luke joined GoDaddy as a Franchise Account Manager, overseeing the company's largest and most profitable clients. Luke recruited talent, developed an account management staff, and fostered strong relationships with over 220 clients.

Luke then worked at Modernize as both a Customer Success Manager and a Mid-Market Senior Enterprise Partner Manager. In these roles, they managed a $2.5 million book of business, conducted regular reviews with enterprise clients, and provided exceptional customer service while negotiating expanded budget commitments.

Currently, Luke is working at QuinStreet as a Senior Manager in Mid-Market Account Management. Luke manages a team and is responsible for overseeing mid-market accounts.
