Before joining Barrett-Jackson, Nickolas worked at the Harlem Globetrotters as the General Manager, overseeing operations from 2005 to 2013. Nickolas also worked as the Assistant General Manager from 2004 to 2005, contributing to the team's commitment to fans and breaking down barriers. Nickolas started their career as the Director of Sports Operations at Grand Canyon State Games in 2003.
