Quinta & Co. is practical education for women founders. Plain-language courses in the business basics nobody hands you — and in working with AI as a skill you build, not a tool you buy.
Founder Erika Gonzalez Harrison spent ~20 years on Fortune 100 brands, earned an MBA, then started Eridion Glass, a WBE-certified glass and mirror firm in North Texas. Quinta & Co. is where she teaches what she actually built: what to do, and just as honestly, what not to do.
Two tracks:

— The Foundations: entity setup, banking, bookkeeping, taxes, pricing, contracts, hiring, certification.

— The Practice: using AI as a practice, not a purchase.

Follow for plain, useful guidance you can act on the same day. No jargon. No pitch-deck energy.
