Cláudia Venâncio

Cláudia Venâncio is a Human Resources Development Manager at Quinta do Lago since April 2016, responsible for talent development, internal training, recruitment policies, performance evaluation, and organizational happiness initiatives. Cláudia has extensive experience in clinical psychology, having served as a Clinical Psychologist at various organizations, including the Gabinete de Psicologia Clínica and APEXA, where therapeutic support and skill training were provided. Previous roles include HR Training & Recruitment Supervisor, training consultant, and professional trainer at multiple institutions in the Algarve region. Cláudia holds a degree in Applied Psychology from Instituto Superior de Psicologia Aplicada, a Master's in Health Psychology from Universidade do Algarve, and a postgraduate qualification in Training Management from RFA Academy.
