Nathan Wise

Nathan Wise currently serves as the Leasing Director at Quintain Living, starting in July 2023. Prior to this role, Nathan held various leadership positions at Essex Property Trust from September 2019 to July 2023, including Director of Community Management and Area Manager II, where notable achievements included establishing training programs for managers and enhancing leasing efforts across numerous properties. Nathan also excelled as General Manager, receiving the Achiever Award for exceptional leadership. Experience includes time as Community Manager at Sares Regis Group and Irvine Company, where significant milestones in property stabilization and team performance were accomplished. Earlier in the career, Nathan was involved in performance arts as a dancer and choreographer. Academically, Nathan holds a Master’s degree in Applied Leadership and Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a Bachelor of Arts in International Business from California State University, Fullerton, among other credentials.
