Alexander Novikov

Alexander Novikov has a strong background in biochemistry and enzyme development. Alexander currently holds the position of Director of Enzyme Development at Quintara Biosciences since January 2019. Prior to this, they worked as a Biochemistry Staff Scientist at Thermo Fisher Scientific starting from November 2003. In this role, they focused on protein expression and purification using various chromatography methods. Before joining Thermo Fisher Scientific, Alexander worked as a Research Scientist at Genelabs Technologies from November 1993 to April 2003.

Alexander Novikov holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Biotechnology from the Moscow Institute of Chemical Technology in Russia. Furthermore, they completed their PhD in Molecular Biology at the Institute of Genetics and selection of Industrial Microorganisms in Moscow, Russia.
