Kari Arienti (Hackbarth) brings extensive expertise in creative perfumery, currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Creative Perfumery at Quintessence Fragrances since March 2022, while also founding and operating AromaKnowledge since August 2018. Prior experience includes a role as Vice President Senior Perfumer at Symrise from November 2008 to July 2018, focusing on a diverse range of categories including specialty air care and fine fragrances. Other notable positions include Vice President and Senior Perfumer at Manheimer Fragrances (2006-2008) and Vice President Perfumery at Fragrance Resources (2004-2006). Kari began a successful career at Givaudan, serving as a Senior Perfumer from 1987 to 2004. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Lehigh University, an Advanced Professional Certification in Marketing from NYU Stern School of Business, and a Master of Arts in Cosmetic Science from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
