Hagai Hadad has over 17 years of work experience in the software engineering and process engineering fields. In 2022, they began working as a Software Engineer at QuintessenceLabs. From 2007 to 2021, they worked as a Software Engineer at IBM, where they were recognized as a subject matter expert for root cause analysis on complex features. In 2021, they independently enhanced coverage of a translation mechanism to test a memory management unit (MMU) resulting in a 10x improvement in bug detection, excellent client feedback and now a highly requested feature. From 2019 to 2020, they led a highly complex project to re-write crucial hardware code, mapping all errors and creating a solution with no limiting assumptions, resulting in enhanced bug detection and 1000% increased architectural coverage and a highly requested new feature, giving clients additional options. Prior to IBM, from 2004 to 2007, they worked as a Process Engineer at Iscar. In this role, they acted as System Administrator to oversee a product life-cycle management application Team Centre Enterprise by UGS writing Java script to allow end users seamless data retrieval. ★ Hagai also worked collaboratively with international and domestic teams to ensure smooth and consistent implementation, and collaborated with the development team to create a range of hardware connectivity software, recording accurate technical specifications and producing high quality reports on proprietary machinery.

Hagai Hadad obtained a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology between 1996 and 1999. In October 2021, they obtained two certifications from LinkedIn: CSS Essential Training and HTML Essential Training.
