Ken Davis

Ken Davis has a long and varied work experience. Ken began their career in 1995 as an Accounts Payable Clerk at Coles Myer Limited. Ken then moved to the Systems Administrator (Messaging Team) role at the same company in 2006, where they were responsible for Microsoft Exchange Implementation, Administration and Support, Quest MessageStats Implementation, Administration and Support, and Symantec Enterprise Vault Implementation, Administration and Support. In 2007, they transitioned to the role of Linux Systems Administrator (Linux Platform Operations) at Coles Group Ltd. In 2016, they moved to SecurePay as a Linux Systems Engineer, where they were responsible for Linux Administration and Support and Project work. Most recently, they began working as an Open Source Engineer at QuintessenceLabs in 2022.

Ken Davis attended the University of Southern Queensland from 1990 to 1991, studying Computer Science, but did not complete the degree. Ken obtained a Certificate IV in Project Management from the Australian College of Project Management in 2003, an MCSE (NT4) from Microsoft in 1999, a Red Hat Certified System Administrator from Red Hat in 2014, and a SAFe Agile 4.6 SP from Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2020.
